This years vintage is featuring wild grown bay leaves from the Koceli region of north eastern Turkey. Leaves are meaty with wavy edges and on the narrower side of the Turkish bay leaf spectrum, reflecting characteristics of trees grown under full sun. Hand selected and hand harvested sustainably for best quality.

The product is packages on the stem as a tribute to its freshness as optimal drying conditions allow the leaves to be picked by hand by the final consumer.
